It uses a single reel of material and seals with pneumatically activated sealing bars.

The AVM 280 automatically forms a bag through a shoulder piece, fills it with product, and then seals and separates the finished package. The whole process is controlled by a PLC with a user-friendly control panel. It can produce almost every shape of bag.

The AVM 280 can be fitted with constant heat, impulse heat or dual purpose sealing bars. The production speed can reach a maximum of 90 bags per minute (on the servo-operated model). It also comes in a stainless steel version, designed especially for food industry applications.
