Autoprod Inc: Continuous-motion filling/sealing

Autoprod (Clearwater, FL) has designed a continuous-motion filling and sealing system suitable for all types of food products including beverages, yogurts, desserts, entrees, and HMR meals.

System also has an integrated, optional, servo-controlled CIP/SIP piston filling system for pumpable products, but can be supplied with most any other type of filler including scales, volumetric pocket, or vibratory. Has a 4x2 configuration and will fill at speeds to 240 cups or trays/min. Larger configurations are available with speeds to 500 cups or trays/min.
