Hapman Conveyors: Flexible screw conveyor

With only 1 moving part on Hapman Conveyors’ (Kalamazoo, MI) Helix™ flexible screw conveyor, product changeover takes less than 5 min. Auger is exposed by removing the bottom end cap.

A quick reverse rotation empties the casing. Air, water, steam or chemical cleaning solutions can be used after the material in the casing has been removed. Suitable for conveying flexible materials and batching applications.
