The AccuPak is a foam-in-place bagging system from Flexible Products (Joliet, IL) that uses low-profile fixed nozzles to dispense PU foam into bags within a set of brush rollers.

It's said to be the first gunless dispenser and cartridge-free foam-in-place bagging equipment available. Bags are 24" W in lengths from 12" to 42". System can produce 12" cushions at speeds to 15/min.
