Rollstock, Inc: Bag inserter

R.A. Pearson's (Spokane, WA) Y1928 bag inserter has been upgraded with a programmable motorized insertion head that replaces the air cylinder inserter on top to conserve 70% more air and shorten the machine by 32".

Also, a flap-folding option that allows bags to be inserted with the flaps down is said to reduce the amount of bag material needed in the case. Handling pre-perforated, pre-sealed rollstock or tube stock that is sealed and cut on the machine, the inserter now operates at speeds to 15 cases/min.
