Jetstream Systems, Inc: Air conveyor for cartons

Jetstream's (Denver, CO) carton air conveyor uses forced air to lift cartons slightly above the conveyor bed. Louvers on the air holes direct the air forward to index cartons forward as well.

Running at speeds to 200'/min, the machine has guardrails on the sides and above the cartons to ensure they don't fall off. Manually adjustable dampers to fine-tune airflow. Air conveyance offers minimal product contact with the conveyor and low back-pressure as cartons reach the end of the line.
