Center cartoner

The Legacy® small center cartoner from R.A. Jones (Covington, KY) employs the Acc-U-Just(TM) system for quick changeovers in 20 minutes. An operator simply dials new settings into a digital handwheel/counter and adjusts the bucket length and carton transport.

A changeover control module, which can be programmed to display up to 16 carton sizes, serves as a quick reference guide. Suited for bottle/box/leaflet applications, the cartoner operates at speeds to 400 cartons/min, and is available with 3", 4" and 6" centers.
