According to the company, Tend in.view (“intelligent view”) software allows users to remotely monitor and analyze the performance of their production robots in real time from any location, through a secure, cloud-based application on their mobile device. The solution features automated alert notifications, a live and historical video feed of the robot(s) being monitored, and access to important key performance indicators (KPIs) including event and exception monitoring, job cycle analysis and activity logs.
In addition, in.view allows users to access robot logs and video recordings of the robot cell when issues arise, providing an effective way for systems integrators and in-house support personnel to remotely diagnose and troubleshoot errors.
