Food Processors Institute: HAACP manual

The Food Processors Institute (Washington, DC) has released its new manual entitled, “HACCP: A Systemic Approach to Food Safety.” Third edition based on the HACCP document adopted in 1997 reflects current thinking on HACCP.

Chapters have been added on training, prerequisite programs and managing and organizing HACCP plans. Cost is $60.
