The Model SPLP plastic syringe processor from Adtech Filling and Packaging Systems (Hatboro, PA) accommodates syringe sizes from 1 to 20 cc, complete with barrel and plunger at speeds to 120 units/min.

Its patented time/pressure/orifice liquid filling system operates without pumps, eliminating particulate matter that can be generated by moving parts.
