(Mason, OH) has opened its European mfg. and administrative headquarters in Wales, U.K.—Milacron (Batavia, OH) has united its two brands in injection molding to form Ferromatik-Milacron, which will replace the Milacron brand name.—Caraustar Industries (Austell, GA) has announced that all of its acquired products and services will do business under the Caraustar brand name.—Crown Simplimatic (Lynchburg, VA) has broken ground for a new 50ꯠ sq’ mfg. and assembly facility on the co.’s 20-acre plant site.—CFC Intl.
