Air-blow label applicator

Label-Aire’s 3111-NV air-blow primary applicator provides high-speed air-blow labeling at a standard dispense speed of up to 1,500 in. (38.1 m) of web/minute or up to 2,000 in. (50.8 m) with optional powered rewind.

Advanced features include Velocity Compensation for label placement accuracy, a microprocessor controller with digital display, and ambidextrous parts. Zero Downtime Labeling allows production to continue without interruptions. Missing label compensation helps eliminate unlabeled products. A heavy duty double stack stepper motor
is standard.
