The Simco-Ion Neutro-Vac® Web Cleaning System delivers high-performance, two-dimensional cleaning that is designed to meet the stringent cleanliness requirements of packaging manufacturing environments.
By combining active static elimination, aggressive particle agitation, and efficient vacuum removal, Neutro-Vac® effectively removes debris from webs, sheets, and parts before downstream processes.
Each system integrates an intelligent static bar, brush, and air bar to neutralize static charges, loosen surface contaminants, and lift particles from the material's surface. The debris is then captured through a vacuum hood intake, helping prevent recontamination.
Designed for unsupported webs ranging from 4” to 126” wide, the Neutro-Vac® system requires no adjustment when changing materials and can be paired with either customer-supplied vacuum systems or Simco-Ion dust collectors.
