DAK Americas completes acquisition of Wellman's PET business

DAK Americas LLC (DAK) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the PET Resins business of Wellman, Inc., bringing DAK Americas total PET resin production capacity to more than 4.3 billion pounds annually (1,945 KTons) in the Americas.
