Western Plastics will demonstrate its Evolution low-profile stretch wrapper in Booth SL-12062 at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025.

This price-competitive workhorse can solve the problems associated with poorly hand-wrapped pallets.

The Evolution represents an advanced design with completely reliable technology in a sleek frame. It uses a “Quick Thread” simplified stretch film carriage, 16 extra-wide support rollers, and a heavy-duty chain drive. This semi-automatic stretch wrapper will convert the high-volume hand-wrap user over to wrapping pallets by machine.

Also at PACK EXPO, Western Plastics will display HYBRiD80 Plus hand-wrap films, a multi-layered cast 12 micron film (47 gauge) with a metallocene additive that has a high resistance to stretch for superior load retention and performs as well as an 80-gauge film. They are stiffer and stronger than conventional hand-wrap films and offer less load shifting during transit thanks to a greater load-holding force. This film is easy to use and costs less per load as less film is required to secure the pallet.
