How are you guys doing? My name's Kris Storey. This is Adam Duncan. We're Keystone Tape & Automation. This is actually our first year exhibiting here at PACK EXPO. We're excited about it. We've been attendees for many years now and saw the opportunity basically driven by our customers to come out here and show who we are. We're Keystone Tape & Automation and we're about bringing solutions in all areas and all needs for our customers. And we'll show you our slicer.

Hi, I'm Adam Duncan with Alpha Design & Machinery here with the Keystone crew, showing the two-reel automatic shrink sleeve splicer. What we've got here is reel-over-reel automatic splicing technology where we'll actually do a tail-end splice system for anyone, any OEM shrink-sleeve machinery on the market today. This one is currently set up to be able to handle about 400 parts a minute, your average 160 mm-cut lengths. We've already got the lower slice prepared in this row here. This one is ready to run.

You see the green running roll? What we're gonna do is show that we are prepared to slice and get ready to go. The door locks down here. We're gonna run our takeout wheel. It'll start spinning. This starts spinning, and I'll just force slice. Now it's looking for your registration. It's gonna cut. It's gonna do it offset, it's gonna shuttle, slice, and then take off. Process done.
