Fogg Filler: Enclosure wash systems

Fogg Filler offers 3 different wash systems to easily and effectively clean filling machinery.

This content was written and submitted by the supplier. It has only been modified to comply with this publication’s space and style.

The first is the enclosure wash. The cleaning solution sprays from the top of the enclosure, sanitizing the walls and everything in them. It is a great choice to keep your enclosure wet for easier, occasional light hand cleaning. This system is an advantage for anyone looking to conserve water, and the process completes in about a minute.

The second wash down option is the ultra-wash This wash is intended to virtually eliminate hand cleaning or at the very least greatly increase the duration between hand cleans. This wash system allows a more targeted flow customizable to your machine to hit your most difficult areas. This option takes about 3 times as long as the enclosure wash because there are three zones spread through the top, middle, and bottom of the machine.

There is an enhanced option for the ultra-wash that allows the user to sanitize with foam (caustic, rinse, and acid sanitizer). The foam sanitizing option allows for a more consistent level of cleaning. It is computer controlled and reduces the manual cleaning requirements. You will get the foam box and the foam pumping unit to complete this system.
