The system measures and wirelessly transmits the application torque of a capping head while it is applying a cap. The device is placed in the bottling line prior to the capping stage and is fed into the capping machine among the other bottles in line to be capped. As a cap is applied, the Torqo Smart Bottle sends a wireless live transmission of torque values to a receiver connected to a PC or laptop. Here the data is collected and processed with Vibrac data analysis software. The Torqo Smart Bottle System includes the Smart BottleTM with its unique digital torque measurement system (patent pending), transmitting and receiving components, a notebook PC, and data management software.
