Filamatic, a division of National Instrument LLC: Aseptic packaging

A total of 8 servo-driven filling heads fill as many as 200 containers/min on National Instrument’s (Baltimore, MD) Filamatic® RFS-800 monobloc system.

The equipment is for aseptic filling and stoppering of 2-ml to 500-ml vials, bottles and syringes. Permits filling accuracies of ±0.5%. The machine also features automatic checkweighing and gassing functionality.
