Ideal for pharmaceutical and cosmetic/personal care processors and contract packagers, the stainless-steel FLX 1200 handles a wide range of products with varying degrees of viscosity, temperatures up to 130 deg F (50 deg C) and a pH from two to 13.

The FLX 1200 has a mobile filling pump module on castor wheels that can be quickly disconnected to accommodate a change to piston pumps, gear pumps, or peristaltic pumps. One operator can perform the changeover in as little as 15 min with no tools and no mechanical alignments. The FLX 1200 can fill as many as 150 containers/min and handles filling volumes from 5 ml to 5 L, depending on the pump selected.
