CVC Technologies: In-line capper

The CVC 1204 in-line capper from CVC Technologies (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) is equipped with a large capacity floor level cap hopper, and can accommodate both round and irregular bottles and containers with heights between 60 and 250 mm, and dias between 22 and 120 mm.

At speeds to 120 bottles/min, machine is equipped with a noiseless cap elevator to feed and unscramble caps into the capping system. The large capacity floor-level hopper can stock caps for long runs without continual filling. An adjustable cap chute for different sizes of caps is available with a cap chute sensor to detect the caps in the chute. The cap elevator will stop when the cap chute is full. Other features include variable speed control, a PLC control system, and a safety guard around cap tightening station.
