Retrofit Packages for Existing Machines
The new retrofit packages include an Adjustable Inner Orienter Spacer. This retrofit will allow all older model NEM unscramblers to reduce parts, reduce changeover time, reduce change part cost, and extend the life of the orienter pads. Another retrofit available is to add a Stack Light to any existing NEM machine when this option was not originally chosen. The stack light will warn the operator of faults, assist in troubleshooting guidance, and allow immediate visual acknowledgement of the machine condition.
