Empty cases/cartons are automatically formed and conveyed to an
accumulation section in the loading system. Then the empty case/carton
is indexed into the robotic load station. Product coming from the
production line is accumulated and staged in the proper configuration
for the packaging operation, when a complete load of product is
released to the robotic pick station, then picked and packed by the
robot. Filled cases/cartons are then conveyed to an automatic closing
system.
