Palace Packaging Machines: Loose pouch feeder

New from Palace Packaging is the Model OT-18 loose pouch feeder, with a unique design that does not have to cut pouches from a rolled strip, but instead control-feeds and singulates them from loose bulk quantities.

There is no risk of an opened pouch spilling its contents into the container or tray because all pouches are guaranteed by the manufacturer before they are loaded into the machine. System can perform multiple insertions into single containers or single insertions into multiple receivers such as a matrix tray or a multi-lane assembly system. Designed as a standalone unit, but can be retrofitted onto existing or new packaging equipment or lines. Suitable for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, hardware, molding, and medical applications.
