Configured for on machine seasoning, the tna intelli-flav OMS 3c’s unique spray capability allows for the application of liquids, liquid flavours and slurries, in addition to dry powders, and can also be used as a standalone seasoning system for small snack lines. The innovative design consists of two high-precision continuous spray guns, with a wide variety of nozzles for tailored seasoning, while the liquid itself is delivered by a closed loop spray system which ensures accuracy. Our new tna intelli-flav OMS 3c allows optimal control, ensuring every part of the seasoning process is independent, and can be easily repeated and customised for each product.

With a new design 17 flight drum to gently turn the product without excessive lifting, the tna intelli-flav OMS 3c prevents damage while ensuring all surfaces are exposed to the liquid spray and the extended 400mm powder curtain for even coverage.  Additional features include: a vibratory in-feed conveyor to even out the product before it is weighed and moved into the tumble drum to be seasoned, and a re-designed spray lance offering improved access to the guns for ease of maintenance.
