Featuring 12 AC drive units, Hi-Vi’s concentrated vibration provides powerful positive drive in both directions, results in an economical, efficient flow of materials. The rugged 70U is the largest of Eriez’ “double impact” type vibrators. Built for heavy-duty applications and up to 60-ton bin capacity, this model is suitable for use on large hoppers and bunkers that are constructed of heavy plate. The 60U also operates on the “double impact” principle, producing 7200 vibrations/min. from a 60-cycle power supply. It provides a “cushioned” impact and handles sticky materials as well as fine clinging type materials up to a 30-ton bin capacity.
The D55P-D55S is a heavy-duty impact model in the medium-size range with bin capacity up to 18 tons. The powerful action of the 55 series makes it a popular unit for the more difficult material moving jobs. This model is suitable for temperatures up to 300º F. Other models in the bin vibrator line are applicable for light- and medium-duty work, with bin capacity ranging from 5-cubic ft. to 6 tons. All bin vibrator models can be provided with solid-state or AC voltage regulating controls to vary the vibrator’s impact or connect timers for intermittent operation.
