Operator uses the touch keypad to select the appropriate program setup, and inserts are fed into an 80L hopper in a bulk or loose state where they are vibrated on demand into the inserter’s rotary vibrating bowl. The inserter’s 3 mechanical arms use vacuum points to pick the individual inserts from the vibrating bowl. Bag maker signals when each insert is to be dropped down a chute and into a pocket on the indexing conveyor. Finally, the conveyor indexes on demand and feeds the vf/f/s bagger through an opening on a specially designed former. System runs at speeds to 100 inserts/min and offers 0% missed inserts. Maximum insert size is 110 mm in any direction x 35 mm thick, weighing no more than 25 g. Phone: 972/462-6500 | www.tnasolutions.com
