—DuPont’s (Wilmington, DE) soy polymer-based business expansion prompted a change of its division name to DuPont Soy Polymers (St. Louis, MO).

—Rockwell Intl. Corp. (Greenville, SC) changed its name to Rockwell Automation.

—Korsnäs AB (Gävle, Sweden) opened its first paper converting plant in the United States in Chicago, IL.

—Shuttleworth, Inc. (Huntington, IN) opened a new sales office in Atlanta, GA.

—Plastic Packaging, Inc. (Forest City, NC) expanded its machinery capability with the purchase of a ProGlide MSP Printing and Converting System from Comco Intl. (Milford, OH).

—Pliant Corp. (Schaumburg, IL) purchased an Infiniti gearless flexographic press from Paper Converting Machine Co. (Green Bay, WI) for its Kent, WA, facility.
