DVT Corp. (Norcross, GA) has added Internet-capable diagnostics/application sharing capability, DOC®, to its line of Ethernet-ready SmartImage Sensor machine vision systems.

This new feature is available to any user of DVT’s free machine vision software, FrameWork. DOC allows multiple participants to make changes or add information to any SmartImage Sensor in operation on any participant’s machine. This includes diagnostics, training, or remote configuration. No plug-ins are required. Six levels of security provide anti-hacker protection.
