Sterilization is increased by the ability to handle closed trays for
empty tubes. An optional tray buffer system with airlock is available
for clean room applications. The subsequent TFS 80-2 tube filler and
sealer is capable of handling up to 200 tubes per minute. Other
features include isolator technology with safety glass protection and
glove parts, ceramic dosing system, and in-line weight control system.
The line is completed by the SC5/SI5 system, a continuous and
intermittent cartoning system for pharmaceutical and cosmetic
applications with an output of 200 or 100 units per minute, loading 1-3
tubes per carton.
