James Alexander Corp. (Blairstown, NJ) offers a plastic ampoule created specifically for contract packaging. Glass-free system is composed of a 1-piece molded polyethylene or polypropylene unit that remains intact and sealed until activated by the user.

Activation is accomplished instantaneously with a gentle squeeze of the package. This breaks an inner plastic membrane that seals in the contents prior to use. Ampoule is manufactured in a variety of sizes and styles.
