HBA pulls it all together

Coming to the Javits Center September 12-14, the HBA show offers 614 exhibitors covering 228ꯠ sq’ of space. Coty Beauty’s Thoreaux is keynoter.

HBA Health & Beauty America returns to New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, running September 12-14 in its 14th annual rendition.

With one complete show, HBA pulls beauty product development all together. From formula to packaging, it creates a dynamic environment where ideas fly, trends get started, and suppliers make vital connections.

Some 18ꯠ attendees are expected at the HBA this year, and they’ll be able to meet with 614 exhibitors, including more than 80 from foreign countries. Gross exhibit space will equal 228ꯠ sq’.

Addressing exhibitors and attendees alike will be keynote speaker Eric Thoreaux of Coty Beauty Americas. Entitled “Brand Building Innovation,” his presentation will be Tuesday, September 12, at 9:00 a.m. in the Special Events Hall.

“In my HBA address,” says Thoreaux, “I will use examples from the fragrance, color, and skincare categories to illustrate how brand building innovations need to go beyond the product itself to push the envelope of communication and distribution and get the attention of the consumer.” Thoreaux will also provide insight into how companies now need to look at the consumer differently and what this means to product and brand development.

Co-located with HBA is Personal Care Ingredients Technology (PCITX) and Inside Beauty. Also, the HBA Health & Beauty America Educational Program offers master classes, lectures, panel discussions, and paper presentations that are of value to every industrial professionals.
