Bugs Bunny and his Looney Tunes friends are now chilling out in the refrigerated milk department of retail outlets. On March 19, Bravo! Foods, of North Palm Beach, FL, introduced Looney Tunes brand flavored milk in a clear high-density polyethylene bottle that is decorated with a heat-shrink polyvinyl chloride label from Seal-It (Farmingdale, NY).

Pillsbury: No tear strip waffling
Catering to consumer convenience, Minneapolis-based Pillsbury introduced early this year a new, resealable package for its Hungry Jack Frozen Waffles. The 10-, 16-, and 24-count packs use a resealable tape made from a 3.2-mil polypropylene substrate coated with an FDA-compliant, pressure-sensitive freezer-grade adhesive that resists moisture and is suitable for the freezer.
