Form-pack-seal system answers the need for faster changeover and lower cost

The WFPS 1252 case former/packing/case sealing system shown in the video, makes use of Wexxar's patented Pin & Dome case opening technology and accepts both left-hand oriented and right-hand oriented cases, so one machine can do the work of two. It also provides a tool-free changeover in less than five minutes — improving flexibility and increasing through-put.

The WFPS 1252 features inline case forming so the case is upright and in position for easy loading. The pack section offers remote demand and "case call"  to ensure the operator has a continuous supply of cases.  Sealing is completed with the compact BEL 252 flap folding system and high performance Dekka tape heads. This system is rated at a speed of 10 cases per minute and an operator friendly Touch Screen (HMI) provides easy diagnostic aid for set-up, monitoring and maintenance.
