DUNWOODY STUDENTS AWARDED

The Dunwoody College of Technology, Minneapolis, announced that five of its printing students won top honors in Package Printing magazine’s 2002 Excellence Awards in the secondary school category.

The competition is sponsored by trade publication Package Printing. Dunwoody winners were: Steve Odeen and James Edelston, first place, for designing and printing a bottle label for a fictional beer brand; Kari Strong and Chris Moore, second place, for a Santa Claus “to/from” gift label; Odeen and Megan Garner, third place; and Laura Fitz and Greg Buckley, honorable mention.
