The material’s clarity and gloss increases visual appeal, and the high vacuum delivers increased product freshness. Suitable for high-vacuum rollstock applications like small-sized marinated and seasoned fresh meats, such as summer sausage, beef sticks, and natural casing franks, as well as natural cheese.
