The new Pharmafill TC4 tabletop tablet counter from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., integrates stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and black acetal plastic to meet FDA and GMP requirements for sanitary packaging while also presenting and maintaining a clean visual appearance. Upgraded as the new standard design, the compact pill counter prevents tablet dust, fingerprints, and smudges from compromising perceived cleanliness to support hygienic bottle filling and packaging. The new design also creates visual contrast between the tablets and the counting machine to help the operator monitor the flow of tablets into the bottle and quickly notice any chips or spillage.

Suitable for pharmacies, contract packaging companies, and nutritional and pharmaceutical product manufacturers, the Pharmafill TC4 tabletop tablet counter automatically feeds, counts, and dispenses opaque, translucent, and transparent oral solid dosage forms with 99.99 percent accuracy. A single operator sets an empty bottle on the bottle shelf for filling, then, when filled, removes the filled bottle and sets the next empty bottle in place for filling.

The latest Pharmafill TC4 tablet counter is designed and manufactured in the company's Wall, New Jersey headquarters. The pill counting machine comes with a two-year warranty and arrives ready to plug in to common 110 VAC electrical service.
