The Dorner ERT250 conveyor platform utilizes durable rollers to move pallets smoothly without friction or jamming. It features an electric lift-and-transfer module using the same controllers that operate the conveyor and 24 VDC controls with networking capabilities for easy integration.
The system displays pallet moving capability without the need for a programmable logic controller (PLC), and has zoning capability through direct I/O built into the control modules.
The conveyor platform can be used for progressive assembly applications calling for pallet handling; no- and low-back pressure accumulation; and light-, medium-, or heavy-load assembly automation.
