Palamatic rotary airlock valves can be made in mild, 304, or 316 stainless steel, and built to meet ATEX or hazardous area requirements. Drop-through rotary valves can be installed underneath silos and hoppers for feeding fine and granular particulates. Rates from 5 to 43 lb per revolution are possible, depending on the material and process requirements. Blow-through models handle the feeding of material in vacuum and pressure conveying systems, with rates from 11 to 84 lb per revolution possible. Placed below a bag house filter, dust-control rotary valves can be built to a 10-bar shock pressure design.
