Engineered for food and dairy spray dryers, the GEA bag filtration system includes 4.5-meter-long filter bags, each supported by an internal cage structure. The SANICIP II filtration system features a vertical inlet from the spray dryer for a more even distribution of air within the filter, while the de-dusting system, comprised of supersonic nozzles and rapid diaphragm valves, ensures powder that builds up on bags is pulsed down into the bottom of the filter. The inlet ductwork is compact, allowing the filter to be placed closer to the dryer.
