The Flexicon BULK-OUT Model BFF bulk bag discharger features a steel safety cage, with externally mounted controls and full height doors with a safety relay, to prevent contact with moving parts during operation. A manual clamp ring on top of a pneumatically actuated telescoping tube provides dust-tight connections between the bag spout and hopper, and maintains downward tension on the spout as the bag empties. The discharger is equipped with top-mounted receiving cups, a removable bag-lifting frame for forklift loading, strap holders, bag activators that raise and lower opposite bottom sides of each bag at timed intervals, and top-mounted extension devices that elongate each bag.
