HP introduced a new economical display film with a three-layer construction of polyester and polypropylene for incomparable lay-flat properties. This heavyweight film produces rigid, durable displays suitable for retractable banner stands and trade show graphics. The state-of-the-art coating enables quick drying and is compatible with both HP DesignJet and HP Latex ink technologies.

“HP Everyday Blockout Display Film is the right print solution for both latex and aqueous printers,” says Shaun Jaycox, Product Specialist for HP large format print media. “This kind of ink versatility is unique to the industry and combined with the environmental assurances and unique three-layer construction that eliminates curl, this film will open up new business opportunities for print providers.”

Designed with the environment in mind, HP Everyday Blockout Display Film is REACH compliant—assuring it contains no chemical substances that could be harmful to human health and the environment. HP Everyday Blockout Display Film has a light-blocking opaque layer that prevents show-through so viewers only see clean, crisp images.
