PETtec features integrated filler valve and capper monitoring, associating defect statistics to a specific valve and cap head, and sampling capability. To monitor curves, transfers, or long runs encoder tracking is available, or count up/down for installations that do not meet the encoder requirements.
Also available is underfill and overfill inspection; a remote field service kit that allows remote monitoring and troubleshooting; and detection of cap defects, missing, high, or cocked caps, and broken/folded/missing tamper bands and smiles.
