A super high density (SHD) lens kit allows flat-panel-display
manufacturers and printed circuit board assemblers to read tiny codes
with cell sizes as small as 2 mil (.05 mm). The new C-mount lens
adapter further extends the range of lenses that can be used. In
addition to the new lens options, DataMan readers support an expanded
list of 1D and 2D symbologies including PharmaCode, Reduced Space
Symbology (RSS), Composite Symbology (CS) PDF417, MicroPDF and the most
popular postal codes. DataMan 100 readers offer easy set up with
integrated illumination, beeper, adjustable optics, a built-in aimer
and a push-button trigger. The compact design makes them ideal for
applications where space is limited.
