Digital Design (Cedar Grove, NJ) has released two new large-character ink-jet printers. The Genesis Twinline can print two lines of text in either 1/2" or 3/4" character heights, and the Genesis VariLine can print a 13/4" character followed by two lines of characters 1/2" or 3/4" in height.
The units feature a rotating nozzle face and a large-capacity, 16-oz ink cartridge with one of two ink formulations: solvent-based ink for printing on non-porous substrates or a water-based ink for porous corrugated surfaces.
