The 75,000 sq ft manufacturing plant will be occupied by Temkin PPC, a division of PPC Flexible Packaging. Temkin PPC designs and manufactures flexible film packaging for fresh-cut flowers and potted plants including sleeves, sheets, pot covers, and picks.

The new building will allow Temkin PPC greater capacity and the ability to streamline all processes. The bigger plant will facilitate larger orders coupled with quicker turn-around times. Superior electrical efficiencies will result in advanced lighting and reduced C02 emissions. The plant will also feature dock height doors for shipping ease. The new structure replaces the former building(s) and will significantly improve all activities due to its increased size and innovative features. The plant will employ over 100 individuals. There will be an added showroom component to the new plant. Customers can visit the location and see the latest collections and new products.

Noam Temkin, VP of Floral Sales, says, “We set out to create a space that would meet our immediate expansion needs plus allow us to continue to expand our Colombia operations. We are beyond excited with the results.”
