Ossid appoints customer care manager

Ossid, a product brand of ProMach, promoted Tiffany Silver to Customer Care Manager.

She is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle for parts, from quotations to achieving on-time delivery, and is also responsible for analyzing customer’s requirements for aftermarket parts. She joined Ossid in 2016 as a Customer Development Specialist.

Jason Angel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ossid, commented, “Tiffany’s ability to work well with multiple departments, as well as her enthusiasm, make her a great fit for this newly developed role. Her dedication and focus on providing customers with the parts they need quickly and correctly will be a definite benefit to our customer base.”

Silver brings more than 12 years of customer service experience in finance and sales to this management position, including employment with BB&T Bank, PNC Bank, RBC Bank, and Alorica. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Edgecombe Community College, Rocky Mount, NC.
