Synerlink rationalizes Arcil and DairyPack acquisitions

Synerlink will continue to use both brand names as specialty f/f/s equipment line manufacturers.

Following recent acquisitions, Synerlink announces that Arcil S.A., based in Puiseux-Pontoise, France, will be known as Synerlink S.A. However, Arcil will remain the brand name for the form/fill/seal (f/f/s) lines manufactured in France by the company.

In addition, Synerlink detailed their plans to have DairyPack assets strengthen Synerlink’s ability to support customer needs for small and medium filling machines, with a range of solutions that is regarded as very competitive both in term of technology and price. These historical strengths of DairyPack, which operates in more than 20 countries around the world, will be enhanced with the global after sales network of Synerlink.

“Our will is that, relying on its trusted brand names, Synerlink be recognized as the worldwide leader in integrated packaging lines,” explains Eric Lesbats, Managing Director of Synerlink. “This Arcil name change was necessary following the recent acquisitions of Dinieper and DairyPack, and confirms our company’s ambition.” Synerlink Iberica is in charge of developing the DairyPack brand name, whose production unit is in Spain, and Dinieper, based in Brazil, will in the future be re-named Synerlink Latin-America.

The company added that the technical expertise of the DairyPack team and their very strong and well-deserved reputation make them a natural and complementary partner to Synerlink. DairyPack designs and manufactures f/f/s and f/s machines and provides services to dairy companies from its manufacturing plant in Logroño, Spain. The Synerlink service centers located in France, the U.S., Brazil, China, and Russia will provide after-sale service for the DairyPack solutions globally, ensuring client of a fast response if needed.
