Morrison recently hosted an informative visit, led by Morrison’s Customer Engineering Liaison and Senior Production team leader, providing the program participants an opportunity to experience the functionality of a manufacturing facility. The visit included a company tour, lunch, and a learning session.

Morrison Container Handling Solutions has been supporting student education programs since they started in 1971 when they hired their first DECA student, Steve Smit, who continues his career at Morrison today.

Morrison’s CEO, Nancy Wilson, is an active supporter of the Purdue University Calumet Mechatronics program, saying, “We are pleased to continue the tradition of providing internship opportunities; this is important to the education of qualified candidates for the packaging industry as well as a beneficial experience for Morrison.”
