Douglas Machine names Jon Ballou president and COO

Douglas Machine Inc., manufacturer of cartoners, sleevers, case/tray packers, and shrink -wrap systems, has announced that Jon Ballou has been named President and COO, succeeding Rick Paulsen, who retired after serving 10 years as president. Ballou’s career began at Douglas in 1999.

Ballou’s career began at Douglas in 1999.  In his new position, he will continue to lead Douglas’ growth in secondary packaging machinery and services markets. “Our focus has been and continues to be offering our customers more value by providing innovative products and services,” said Ballou.
